Amiga Guide support for macOS

I’ve just released a small app that provides macOS Quick Look and Thumbnails support for AmigaGuide documents.

• Viewer: open .guide files directly in the app
• Quick Look: preview .guide files without opening them
• Thumbnails: see the first page of the guide on its icon
• Export: save as HTML or EPUB

It’s powered by GuideML, with a few improvements and fixes by me.
